We specialise in delivering; personal coaching, inspirational speeches and motivational workshops on personal leadership, employment and business support to disabled people and women.
We deliver stand-alone employment and personal leadership programmes and also work collaboratively with other organisations.

Inspirational Speaking
Steph is regularly requested to deliver her motivational, keynote speech, which is a personal account of her story from fashion designer, through sight loss, to successful entrepreneur.
Her motivational message can be adapted for maximum relevance to job seekers, students, business owners and employees.
Motivational Work Preparation Training
We deliver practical, inspiring work preparation training and mentoring to disabled people and people with long-term health conditions.
Personal Leadership
We deliver our own personal leadership programme, largely to women and disabled people. We also contribute to existing leadership programmes within organisations.
Business Support and Mentoring
We encourage and support women, young people and disabled people to consider self employment as an option.
We offer business mentoring, enterprise workshops and inspirational speaking.
Personal Performance Coaching
Our coaching takes our clients from where they are now to where they want to be. Typically, we give disabled people and women the confidence and ability to move forward in a positive way. Often they are looking for employment, setting up a business, growing an existing business or looking to develop their leadership skills.
Our coaches are fantastic and have a positive impact on our client’s personal and professional development. Many of our coaches live with a disability or long-term health condition.
